Doctor

Dr. Masami Seplow

DVM, CVA. CCRP. CVCH

Masami Seplow was born and raised in Japan and received her bachelor's degree in sociology in Japan, then moved to Miami, FL to obtain her Master's degree in Hospital Management, but decided to be a veterinarian before receiving her degree. She received her degree as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Florida (Go Gators!). After working as a general practitioner at a 24 hour hospital, Masami Seplow decided to be certified in acupuncture and Chinese medicine, and as been practicing for longer than 15 years.

She received another certification in canine rehabilitation in 2015. She is particularly interested in geriatric medicine and food therapy, in addition to rehab and Chinese medicine, because all of these modalities are positive and gentle. She has two rescued chihuahuas, Ellie and Lucas (and occasional fosters). She also loves cooking and playing music (she used to join the amateur orchestra as a violist).

Rehabilitation Technician

Madison B.

Lead Rehabilitation Technician

Madison is a rehabilitation technician at SRVC! She enjoys helping out wherever she can so you may also see her in our general practice! Madison’s favorite part of working in the rehabilitation center is having the opportunity to form a bond with not only the patients but the owners as well, creating the ideal team and plan that will help each pet improve. Madison enjoys the process and getting to watch each small step in the right direction.

Madison has two dogs, Lexie the Labrador and Zoey the Husky.

Hannah E.

Rehabilitation RVT

Hannah Eaton graduated from Lincoln High School in 2020 and then from Yuba College with her degree in Veterinary Technology in 2023. Her love for your furry friends knows no bounds. She believes dedicating one’s life to improving the health and lives of animals is one of the most noble and rewarding things a person can do. She is especially excited to work in rehab where she not only gets to improve lives but gets to build strong bonds with her patients and their loving owners.

Something unique to Hannah: She spent all 4 years of high school in her choir, dedicating many nights and weekends to rehearsals and performances.
